At KPMG, we're seeking a talented Tax Manager/Senior Manager to join our Business Tax Services practice. As a trusted advisor to family offices, you'll provide strategic, operational, and financial guidance to help them navigate complex business opportunities and challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for family offices, providing expert tax advice and guidance on strategic, operational, and financial matters.
  • Direct tax compliance and consulting services for multi-generational family and private-equity backed businesses, as well as owner-managed and fast-growing start-ups.
  • Establish meaningful relationships with sophisticated clients, gaining their confidence and trust through exceptional service and expertise.
  • Build, manage, and direct multiple client engagement teams, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional client satisfaction.
  • Contribute to market and business development activities, identifying and pursuing new client service opportunities in collaboration with KPMG's Audit and Advisory practices.
Requirements:
  • Minimum five years of recent focused high net worth individual, flow-through entity, and family office tax experience in an accounting firm, organization, and/or law firm.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university; Licensed CPA, EA, or JD/LLM, with additional approved designations/credentials.
  • Experience leading multiple engagements and client service teams, as well as developing and mentoring staff within a collaborative team environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to evaluate and articulate complex information.
