**Job Summary**

NeoGenCare is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. As a Home Health Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to patients in the comfort of their own homes.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Diagnose and treat speech, language, and swallowing disorders in patients of diverse backgrounds and ages.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Conduct screenings to detect voice or speech disorders and provide education to patients and family members on speech disorders and their causes.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and care plans.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, family members, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.

**Requirements:**

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Active California Speech-Language Pathologist license.
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Strong understanding of speech-related conditions, causes, and treatments.
  • Excellent coaching and verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with computers and electronic medical records (EMRs).
