We are in search of a dedicated professional with experience in daycare or preschool settings to take on the role of Preschool Center Director.

As a Preschool Center Director, Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Leading by example and demonstrating a commitment to positively impacting the lives of children and staff. Cultivating an atmosphere of trust, respect, and inclusivity while connecting with diverse groups.
- Ensuring that the center's physical environment complies with health and safety standards, adhering to local and state licensing regulations.
- Recruiting and maintaining a highly qualified team by actively sourcing, training, coaching, and engaging with current and prospective staff.
- Guiding educators in implementing our proprietary curriculum, utilizing your enthusiasm for learning to create a fun and enriching educational experience.
- Driving consistent business performance, measured through family retention, enrollment growth, and efficient operations. Managing financial aspects such as accounts receivable and payable, generating monthly financial reports, and overseeing payroll.
- Engaging potential families through in-person and virtual tours, effectively showcasing the advantages of our program. Organizing community marketing events to enhance visibility and drive enrollment.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of two years of leadership or management experience in a center (preferred) or at least one year of relevant experience (required).
- Possession of state-specific Administrative or Director credentials, along with compliance with any other state-specific requirements for the role.
- A Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or a related discipline (preferred).
- Strong understanding of state licensing regulations and guidelines.
