The Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Substitute Teacher to join our team. As a Substitute Teacher, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and development of our young learners. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5
  • Supporting our progressive and inquiry-based learning approach
  • Engaging with children through positive language, loving care, and interactive play
  • Closely supervising children and adhering to our robust health and safety protocols
  • Supporting our campuses on an as-needed basis
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Be a flexible and communicative team player with a passion for working with young children
  • Have 1-2 years of professional experience working with children aged 0-5
  • Be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
  • Hold or be working towards an Associate's, Bachelor's, or Master's Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
  • Value and create trusting relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Be already or be willing to be CPR and First Aid certified
  • Be fully vaccinated against COVID
