About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Floor Associate to join our team at Floor & Decor Holdings, Inc. As a Sales Floor Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers, helping them find the perfect products for their projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Connect with customers, ask about their projects, and recommend our products to exceed customer expectations.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of our products, including features, benefits, and applications.
  • Store Maintenance: Ensure the sales floor is clean, shoppable, and safe for customers.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with management and team members to achieve sales goals and provide a positive customer experience.
  • Point of Sale (POS) Operations: Process customer transactions, handle returns and exchanges, and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
  • Age: Must be 18 years or older.
  • Math Skills: Basic math skills are required for handling cash, processing transactions, and maintaining inventory.
  • Customer Service Experience: Previous customer service experience is preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for working with customers and team members.
Working Conditions

As a Sales Floor Associate, you will work in a fast-paced environment with moderate noise levels. You will be required to stand for long periods, walk, and move around the sales floor to assist customers and maintain the store.
