Job Description

Salary: $120,000 - $160,000 per year.

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Engineer II to join our team at LanceSoft. As a key member of our Released Product Management (RPM) Design Quality team, you will play a critical role in addressing day-to-day quality issues of our market-released products.

Responsibilities:

  • Represent the RPM Design Quality team on projects that address quality issues of our market-released products.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) and External Standards.
  • Contribute to risk analysis, including product risk assessment ownership, Failure Mode and Effects Analysis, and assessing specific product issues for impact to patient and/or user safety and product quality.
  • Review and approve drawings and specifications.
  • Verify and validate testing and reporting.
  • Perform product performance reviews.
  • Develop test methods and validate equipment calibration/qualification/validation.
  • Lead technical problem-solving activities, compile data, and prepare reports to identify trends and propose corrective action as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are in place.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or technical field.
  • Minimum 4 years of quality system experience.
