Radias Health is seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Therapist to join our team at the ReEntry House Crisis Stabilization Program in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
Job SummaryThis is a full-time position that requires a Master's degree in Behavioral Sciences or a related field, as well as a license to practice as a Mental Health Professional (LICSW, LP, LPCC, or LMFT). The ideal candidate will have 2,000 hours of experience working with individuals with co-occurring mental illness and substance use disorders.
Key Responsibilities- Function as a Primary therapist for residents admitted to the program.
- Perform diagnostic assessments as needed.
- Coordinate the admission process for new residents in concert with other team members.
- Develop and implement Individual Treatment Plans, Individual Vulnerable Adult Plans, and Crisis Plans.
- Identify individuals prone to behavior emergencies and develop additional programming as needed.
- Provide clinical support and supervision to other staff members.
- Coordinate client care and establish case conferences with the treatment team, family members, and other relevant parties.
- Produce timely reports and provide individual, couple, and family counseling as needed.
- Administer medications under the supervision of the facility's nurse.
- Participate in internal investigations and maintain compliance with applicable Minnesota Statutes and rules.
- Facilitate discharge planning and provide follow-up assistance to the aftercare coordinator.
