Job Title: Delivery Advocate

Overview:

ImageFIRST Healthcare Laundry Specialists is a leading provider of linen rental and laundry services to the healthcare market. With a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and a focus on delivering exceptional service, we are seeking a skilled Delivery Advocate to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Manage routes to maximize efficiency, productivity, and revenue, while ensuring the safe operation of commercial motor vehicles.
  • Load and unload trucks, ensuring accurate inventory management and quality control.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to customer needs and resolving concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with the sales and service team to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid driver's license and excellent driving record.
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds on a frequent basis.
  • For Hire Endorsement required.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
