Job Title: Delivery Advocate

At ImageFIRST Healthcare Laundry Specialists, we are seeking a highly skilled Delivery Advocate to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through responsive strategies
  • Provide prompt and effective solutions to customer needs
  • Maximize route revenue through improved time management and upgraded product mix
  • Identify changes in programs that require updated paperwork

Requirements:

  • Ability to lift 25 pounds on a frequent basis
  • Must possess or have the ability to procure For Hire Endorsement
  • Ability to drive commercial motor vehicle for up to 10 hours on a daily basis
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Drivers License and Excellent Driving Record
