Job Summary:
ImageFIRST Healthcare Laundry Specialists is seeking a skilled Delivery Advocate to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers through responsive strategies and effective communication.
- Identify and resolve customer concerns, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
- Manage routes to maximize efficiency, productivity, and revenue, while operating company equipment safely and responsibly.
- Load and unload trucks, maintaining organization and accuracy.
- Process paperwork, including work orders, invoices, and credits.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid driver's license and excellent driving record.
- Ability to lift 25 pounds on a frequent basis.
- For Hire Endorsement required.
