US Tsubaki Automotive, LLC is a leading international supplier of high-speed chain drive systems to the automotive industry. We are seeking a skilled Die Repair Specialist to join our team in a role that requires expertise in repairing various carbide progressive, pierce & blank dies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fabrication or assembly technologies, with experience in using shop arithmetic, decimals, and fractions to work from prints and specifications. Additionally, the successful candidate will be able to read and interpret various precision measuring instruments, maintain inventory records, and ensure conformance to quality standards. If you have a strong understanding of surface grinders and punch presses, and are able to work independently with minimal supervision, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. Key Responsibilities:

* Repair and maintain carbide dies to ensure optimal performance
* Troubleshoot die-related issues and implement solutions
* Maintain inventory levels of tooling, gages, and precision measuring instruments
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent
* 3 years of experience in fabrication or assembly technologies
* Strong understanding of precision measuring instruments and inventory management
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
* Experience with surface grinders and punch presses
