Solve IT Strategies, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Oracle Cloud Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Analyst to join our team. As an Oracle EPM Analyst, you will be responsible for the on-going support of our Oracle Cloud EPM applications, including EPBCS, FCCS, ARCS, EDMCS, and Narrative Reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and maintenance for our Oracle Cloud EPM applications.
- Work closely with the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) and Controllership teams to ensure seamless integration and data accuracy.
- Partner with the IT department to identify and implement system solutions that improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights and best practices in planning, forecasting, and reporting.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements and efficiencies.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience implementing and supporting Oracle Cloud EPBCS, FCCS, ARCS, EDMCS, and Narrative Reporting.
- 2+ years of experience working in FP&A or Controllership.
- Bachelor's Degree (Finance or Accounting degree preferred).
- Working knowledge of the functional aspects of Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reporting.
- Understanding of currency translations, inter-company eliminations, and consolidation accounting under various GAAPs.
