Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our team as an Insurance and Financial Services Operations Coordinator at Kellylux. This role will play a vital part in equipping our agency to continually achieve its goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Relationships: Establish strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met through timely follow-ups and exceptional service.
- Customer Service: Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, addressing inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Needs-Based Review Process: Utilize a customer-focused approach to educate clients about insurance options, promoting informed decision-making.
- Office Maintenance: Ensure the office is well-maintained and equipped to meet customer needs, fostering a productive work environment.
Requirements:
- Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent written, verbal, and listening skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
- Organization and Detail-Oriented: Demonstrate high levels of organization and attention to detail, ensuring seamless operations and accurate record-keeping.
- Customer Service Experience: Possess experience in customer-facing roles, with a preference for those with supervisory or sales experience.
