We are currently in search of a skilled Senior Superintendent to enhance our distinguished Construction team.
In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing specific construction site operations and managing field activities for various projects. Your key duties will include leading specific trades, assisting the Project Director, Project Manager, and Construction Manager, ensuring project timelines are adhered to, coordinating efforts among trades, and upholding quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Directs specific trades on designated construction sites.
- Oversees vendors and subcontractors to meet project goals.
- Ensures compliance with quality benchmarks.
- Engages with clients on-site to build positive relationships.
- Aids in project planning and financial record-keeping.
- Tracks project budget and identifies any discrepancies.
- Supervises subcontractor and vendor performance for quality assurance.
- Supports vendor management and procurement processes.
- Participates in project assessments and safety compliance initiatives.

Salary Range: $149,581 - $224,371
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in Project Delivery or similar roles.
- Experience in Life Sciences is preferred.
Context, Environment, & Safety:
- This role may require up to 25% travel.
- Potential for long-term assignments at client locations.
- Overnight stays may be necessary based on project demands.
- Adherence to safety regulations at all client sites is mandatory.
- This position is considered safety-sensitive, overseeing field operations.
