Position Overview

Volt is actively seeking a dedicated Logistics Associate to support our operations in a dynamic warehouse environment.

As a Logistics Associate, your responsibilities will include:

  • Operating various small finishing equipment.
  • Performing hand stripping and general assembly tasks.
  • Training new hires on operational procedures.
  • Managing printing systems for packaging labels.
  • Adhering to standard operating procedures (SOPs) for tasks.
  • Ensuring a tidy and organized workspace.
  • Maintaining product quality standards.
  • Conducting minor repairs on equipment.
  • Interpreting job tickets and following instructions accurately.
  • Counting inventory to verify accuracy.
  • Identifying color variations to uphold quality control.
  • Engaging with machine-operated processes such as card wrapping and stripping.
  • Executing additional duties as required.

This role is a full-time opportunity with a schedule from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

  • Ability to work with automated machinery.
  • Capacity to stand and walk for extended periods.

Compensation: $15.05 per hour. The pay rate for successful candidates will be determined based on various factors, including education, experience, job location, specific responsibilities, and certifications.
