Key Responsibilities
  • Setup and Stocking: Ensure that all cook stations are properly set up and stocked with the necessary ingredients and supplies.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare food on the line by cutting, mixing, chopping, and making sauces as needed.
  • Cooking: Cook items on the line by grilling, frying, chopping, sautéing, and broiling to quality guidelines and standardized recipes.
  • Cleanliness and Hygiene: Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment that complies with state and local food safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Food Handling and Storage: Handle and store food safely and properly to prevent contamination and foodborne illness.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Excellent cooking skills: You will need to be able to prepare and cook a variety of dishes to a high standard.
