Job Summary

Gateway Pediatric Therapy is seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day case management of assigned clinical cases. This includes creating appropriate programming for clients, maintaining clinical requirements, and leading and mentoring technicians on individual patient plan implementation and quality of treatment.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs and goals
  • Maintain accurate and organized records, client notes, data, and reports for internal and external processes
  • Collaborate with treatment staff to ensure effective case management and staff continuing training and development
  • Exercise discretion and independent management of client services and supervision of treatment protocols
  • Conduct initial and ongoing client assessments and design and maintain top-quality treatment programs
  • Prepare and attend client educational meetings, such as IEPs, and develop treatment recommendations
  • Maintain credentialing and licensing as required through procedures set forth by the state of Michigan and the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB)
  • Attend all required trainings, conferences, and colloquium to remain in compliance with guidelines set forth within the policies and procedures of Gateway
  • Maintain client privacy in accordance with all HIPAA regulations and with Gateway policies and procedures manual
  • Work cooperatively and courteously with internal staff and outside stakeholders, including school personnel and administration, outside service providers, and any and all other persons whom they may come into contact with
  • Maintain the highest standards of professionalism in all client and staff interactions
