Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with the elderly in a residential or long-term care setting and possess excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will assist residents with activities of daily living, provide personal care assistance, and contribute to creating a warm and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities:
* Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, transferring, and mobility
* Provide restorative and rehabilitative procedures/plans as instructed
* Engage residents in meaningful conversation, socialization, and activity while providing personal care assistance
* Respond promptly to resident needs and requests for care
* Uphold Residents' Rights at all times
* Support and uphold company policies and care philosophy

Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent preferred
* State Registered or Certified Nursing Aide/Assistant certification required
* Previous experience working with the elderly in a residential or long-term care setting preferred
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to perform job duties with or without reasonable accommodation
