Position Summary

We are currently seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee our operations in the Total Recycle Division, driven by our ongoing expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations of production and operational teams.
  • Assign production tasks to relevant teams and personnel.
  • Monitor and report on production performance, ensuring accurate data collection.
  • Ensure adherence to D.E.P., OSHA, and D.O.T. regulations.
  • Compile and maintain production reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Conduct inspections of materials and equipment to identify any issues.
  • Train new employees in line with company standards.
  • Follow all safety protocols and procedures.
  • Participate in special projects and additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in production, manufacturing, or related fields.
  • Familiarity with production tools and machinery.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to work autonomously in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, along with strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Highly organized and motivated, capable of managing multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Physical capability to bend, stoop, sit, and stand for extended periods.
  • Able to lift weights up to 75 pounds.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of the waste management industry and recycling processes.
