Job Overview

Kirk's Lawn Care is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Landscaping Crew Leader to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading our landscaping crew and ensuring the highest level of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of landscapers to achieve daily and long-term goals
  • Ensure all work is completed to the highest standard and meets customer expectations
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and execution

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in landscaping, drainage, or hardscaping
  • Proven leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

What We Offer:

  • Competitive hourly rate: $22.75 - $24.00
