Senior Service Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Service Technician to join our team at Cross Technologies Inc.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in metrology and calibration, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining good work attendance and a productive work ethic
- Assuming the role of Deputy in the absence of the Lab Manager when requested
- Performing quality reviews and signing off on Lab Standard calibrations
- Turning equipment as assigned by the Service Manager
- Performing quality calibrations adhering to corporate quality standards and procedures
- Preparing for on-sites by reviewing equipment lists, procedures, specifications, and selecting the proper standards for the work assigned
- Ensuring all company issued tools and property are in proper working order and in calibration
- Generating certificates of calibration and providing original data worksheets for final inspection by quality
- Working well with others and being teamed with other technicians to complete assigned jobs
- Working on their own in-house and on-site with minimal supervision
- Being responsible for an assigned work bench, including cleaning, organizing, and maintaining the overall appearance of their space
- Performing quality inspections of calibrated equipment as approved by the Quality Manager
- Promoting and helping grow the service operations of the assigned service site
- Performing any other duties assigned by the Service Manager that are in the best interest of our customers or as directly by corporate quality requirements
- Ability to train others
Requirements include:
- Minimum 5 years direct Metrology experience
- Navy Marine Corp GCAMS/ACTS or AF PMEL certification
- Commercial Process and Manufacturing Calibration experience
- Associates of Science Degree or other technical training preferred
- Working knowledge of ISO 17025 and the One Quality System
