Job Summary
As a key member of our culinary team, the Sous Chef I will be responsible for overseeing the daily kitchen operations, ensuring the highest quality of food products, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in developing and implementing new menu items and culinary concepts
• Supervise kitchen staff, including training and development
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef to plan and execute special events and menu promotions
• Maintain accurate inventory and ordering of supplies
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent required; 4 years of experience in the culinary industry preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
