Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Product Management to lead our commercial product launch and forecasting efforts. This role will be responsible for generating sales analytics, product management, and portfolio analysis to support our Generics Retail business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze complex data to evaluate market dynamics and develop marketing strategies
  • Develop and maintain all necessary reporting to support product and customer level forecasting and allocation
  • Manage a portfolio of 100+ molecules and 400+ SKUs at customer level, product level forecasting, track new awards and manage wins and losses
  • Provide proactive and in-depth financial analysis of product or market-specific business activity for new product launches
  • Monitor market share at product level based on competition, pricing, utilization, costs, and work with sales team and pricing team to evaluate recommendations for forecast adjustments
  • Prepare, deliver, and present complex data analysis in PowerPoint and Excel to summarize Sun and competitor's market share, position, sales, and other key metrics
Requirements
  • Minimum of a Bachelor Degree and 4-5 years of experience
  • MBA preferred
  • Strong computer skills, including extensive knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Good organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines in an environment of competing priorities
  • Ability to build strong internal and external relationships, and foster an environment of teamwork and collaboration
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written, including ability to communicate with all levels of personnel in company
