CompensaciónResponsabilidades
  • Operar de manera segura y eficiente el equipo de agregados, incluyendo el mantenimiento de un área de trabajo limpia.
  • Operar draglines de 7 yardas cúbicas o más de manera segura y eficiente para alcanzar los objetivos de producción.
  • Realizar inspecciones pre-operacionales de todo el equipo a operar, incluyendo draglines, para identificar cualquier peligro de seguridad o requisitos de mantenimiento.
  • Juzgar con precisión la distancia y las áreas de trabajo circundantes.
  • Mantener una comunicación clara y efectiva con supervisores, clientes y compañeros de trabajo para asegurar operaciones fluidas.
  • Cumplir con las prácticas y procedimientos operativos, así como con las normas de seguridad según las regulaciones de MSHA.
  • Realizar inspecciones requeridas antes y después de los viajes y presentar informes diarios de inspección de vehículos/equipos.

Educación

Diploma de secundaria/GED

Requisitos/Cualificaciones
  • Operar de manera segura y eficiente el equipo de agregados.
  • Capacidad para trabajar horas extendidas, incluyendo fines de semana.
  • Debe tener una licencia de conducir válida de Arizona y transporte confiable para llegar al trabajo.
  • Certificación actual de capacitación MSHA.
  • Capacidad para trabajar en condiciones húmedas y/o secas y en temperaturas extremas.
  • Habilidades efectivas de comunicación y resolución de problemas.
  • El entorno de trabajo puede incluir partes mecánicas en movimiento, partículas en el aire y ruidos moderados a fuertes, requiriendo el uso constante de EPP apropiado.
  • Conocimiento y experiencia en la operación y mantenimiento de trituradoras, plantas de lavado, transportadores, lavadoras de material y varios otros tipos de equipos fijos y móviles utilizados en la industria de agregados.
  • Conocimiento de los equipos y métodos utilizados en el proceso de producción, y aspectos relacionados con el almacenamiento, manejo y distribución de agregados.
  • Experiencia como operador de equipos pesados, incluyendo cargadoras, bulldozers, camiones todoterreno y excavadoras.

Requisitos Físicos:

  • Capacidad para levantar y mover rutinariamente 75 libras, y 100 libras ocasionalmente.
  • Capacidad para estar de pie, caminar, escalar, doblarse, estirarse, agacharse, arrastrarse, conducir, montar, girar, empujar/tirar de controles y viajar por terrenos irregulares.
Condiciones de Empleo

Preferido:

  • Disposición para proporcionar herramientas propias típicamente utilizadas en Operaciones de Agregados.
  • Experiencia en soldadura y corte.
  • Experiencia preferida en operaciones de dragline.
