The ideal candidate is a professional with a friendly demeanor, excellent computer skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. We are looking for someone who is sociable, has a passion for assisting others, and thrives in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver accurate product and service information while resolving any issues that may arise with customer accounts.
- Manage incoming calls with professionalism.
- Address customer complaints by providing suitable solutions and alternatives within specified timeframes; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, process accounts, and organize documentation.
- Provide outstanding customer service consistently.

- Able to empathize with and advocate for clients when necessary.

This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent. Employees of State Farm agents must successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs. State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees, and their employees are not employees of State Farm.
