Atrenne Computing Solutions, LLC is looking for an Environmental, Health & Safety Compliance Coordinator to oversee all EHS initiatives within the organization. This role is essential in safeguarding employee health, safety, and well-being while ensuring adherence to relevant regulations and standards.

Reporting Structure:

This position will report directly to the Director of Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all elements of site safety, health, and environmental compliance, including collaboration with local authorities, training programs for personnel, and ensuring adherence to OSHA and EPA regulations.
  • Engage with various departments such as Operations, Facilities, Quality, Security, and Human Resources to establish and enhance EHS programs across the organization.
  • Design and implement comprehensive safety training sessions for employees and contractors, focusing on EHS components related to Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) and Hazard Communication.
  • Assess and identify hazardous conditions and practices in the workplace through thorough safety reviews and job safety analyses.
  • Conduct EHS audits, prepare detailed reports, and work with cross-functional leaders to address and resolve audit findings.
  • Perform regular workplace inspections, investigate incidents, and determine root causes to implement corrective measures aimed at minimizing workplace injuries and illnesses.
  • Stay informed about emerging regulations and standards within the industry to ensure ongoing compliance.
  • Monitor, report, and communicate progress on EHS initiatives to the Management Team.
  • Conduct risk assessments for all incoming materials and manage the online Safety Data Sheet (SDS) platform.
  • Oversee the management and coordination of hazardous and non-hazardous waste disposal programs.
  • Ensure all regulatory reporting obligations (EPA, DEP, etc.) are met effectively.
