About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our team as a Cleaner at Grand Fitness. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean and sanitized club environment, ensuring our members have an exceptional experience.

Key Responsibilities

Thoroughly clean and sanitize restrooms, locker rooms, fitness equipment, and gym floors.

Stock locker rooms with necessary supplies and paper products.

Properly dispose of trash and recycling.

Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude towards members.

Report any maintenance or equipment issues to the Club Manager.

Requirements

Custodial experience is preferred.

Punctuality and reliability are essential.

Ability to work overnight hours, if required.

Honesty and a strong work ethic are required.

Ability to solve problems independently and demonstrate diplomacy in all interactions.

High School diploma or equivalent is required, and the candidate must be at least 18 years old.

Physical Demands

Continual standing and walking during shifts.

Occasional climbing, balancing, kneeling, and crouching.

Must be able to occasionally lift over 50 pounds.

Exposure to cleaning chemicals may occur.
