Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and reliable Mixing Production Associate to join our team at Vibram. As a key member of our production department, you will be responsible for performing various duties within the mixing department, including operating production equipment, assisting regular operators, and maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate production equipment as assigned to relieve or replace regular operators for brief or extended periods of time.
  • Assist operators with tasks such as placing plastic sheets between slabs, supplying pallets and skids, and filling compounder's bins.
  • Detect and report material or equipment problems, unusual situations to the team leader.
  • Maintain equipment and area in a neat and orderly condition.
  • Follow all safety rules, regulations, and practices and employ all safety equipment and devices.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
  • Minimum 6-12 months of experience in a production or manufacturing environment
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
  • Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization
