About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Target Digital Network Analyst to support core Intelligence Community (IC) missions at Hill AFB in Utah. As a TDNA, you will have the opportunity to showcase your SIGINT analysis talent and expertise while contributing to missions that are vital to our national security.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct advanced analysis of collection and open-source data to generate insights and leads, ensuring target continuity and developing techniques to gain additional target information.
  • Maintain appropriate databases for targeting, tasking, and analysis, identifying intelligence gaps to tailor current collection or enable new collection to close the gaps.
  • Employ multiple analysis disciplines, including pattern recognition against targets' communications, network usage, and digital footprints, applying your knowledge and understanding of IC needs and missions.
  • Collaborate with government, military, and contractor personnel to develop shared understandings of intelligence needs, mission relevance, and areas of expertise.
  • Apply your analytical talent to form hypotheses, critically assess and choose analysis techniques, then query, merge, enrich, evaluate, and pivot within data to attain and share insights.
  • Distill, document, contextualize, and share your findings, including any new tradecraft that you develop, with teammates, stakeholders, and intelligence consumers.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience requires aspects of Intelligence Analysis, including target development, social network analysis, metadata analysis, knowledge of customer tool sets and databases.
  • In some cases, foreign language proficiency may also be used to satisfy experience requirements.

Clearance and Education:

  • TS/SCI w/Poly clearance is required.
  • A Liberal Arts field degree (e.g., English, History, Communications, Languages and Cultures, International Relations, and Political Science) is preferred, but a degree in any field is acceptable.

Minimum Years of Experience:

  • 12 yrs with a High School Degree
  • 10 yrs with an Associates Degree
  • 8 yrs with a Bachelor's degree
  • 6 yrs with a Master's degree
  • 4 yrs with a Doctorate degree
