Job Summary:
As a Security Clearance Specialist at Targeted Solutions, LLC, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security of our clients' facilities and organizations. Your primary function will be to provide multi-disciplined security support, including classification reviews, document accountability, and destruction of classified materials.

Responsibilities:
  • Classification reviews of inbound and outbound correspondence.
  • Maintenance of a document accountability database and associated correspondence.
  • Processing of inbound and outbound classified mail and receipt records.
  • Destruction of classified materials.
  • Accountability of magnetic media.
  • Reproduction support for classified materials.
  • Maintenance of daily logs for administrative functions associated with document control.
  • Assistance in the processing of inbound data and outbound data transfer files.
  • Transfer of electronic data files to internal customers.
  • Maintenance of an extensive customer database point of contact listing.
  • Assistance with researching, processing, filing, and maintaining inbound and outbound visit notices.
  • Escort of facility visitors and maintenance of associated logs.
  • Preparation of facility access control badges.
  • Conduct of entry and exit inspections.
  • Maintenance of facility access control entry systems, including visitor control.
  • Data entry to the Personnel Access Security System database and maintenance of customer sponsored billets and quota information.
  • Maintenance of personnel security files for all personnel of the supported element.
  • Enforcement of the customer's Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Support for security awareness and education programs.

Requirements:

Top Secret w/SCI Eligibility

Bachelor's Degree

3-5 years related experience; SAP experience; TRAINING: DoD SAPCO approved SAPNP.
