Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome all patrons warmly upon their arrival.
  • Accurately take and record customer orders at the service counter.
  • Ensure timely delivery of orders and monitor the dining experience.
  • Assist in packaging food items for takeout.
  • Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas as needed.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and suggestions promptly.
  • Keep the service counter and dining space tidy and organized.
  • Regularly sweep and mop floors, maintain restroom cleanliness, and manage waste disposal.
  • Restock dining area supplies such as napkins, straws, and lids.
  • Process credit and debit card transactions efficiently.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Exhibit strong teamwork and customer service skills.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
