Palo Alto Networks is seeking a highly skilled Global Mobility Program Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Global Mobility team, you will be responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of relocations and assignments, collaborating closely with regional leads and external vendors to ensure global alignment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Relocation/Tax
    • Design and implement a comprehensive relocation program that meets the needs of our global workforce.
    • Manage the entire lifecycle of international assignments and relocations, including immigration processing and day-to-day relocation tasks.
    • Partner with external relocation and tax partners to develop global policies that drive business growth and efficiency.
    • Conduct RFPs for global relocation and tax providers to ensure best-in-class service delivery.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Legal, Finance, and Corporate Tax, to streamline cross-functional processes.
  • Immigration
    • Apply knowledge of global immigration regulations to ensure compliance and minimize risk.
    • Partner closely with internal GMI leads to align on international transfers and ensure seamless execution.
  • Program Management
    • Manage vendor transitions, ensuring smooth handovers and minimal disruption to business operations.
    • Perform data analysis, report generation, and vendor management to drive business insights and process improvements.
    • Maintain the Global Mobility internal intranet site and create knowledge articles to support AI initiatives.
    • Work with People Tech and Senior Manager, GMI to enhance Workday automation for mobility processes.
  • Growth Opportunities
    • Lead global initiatives that impact organizational strategy and drive business growth.
    • Develop expertise in emerging mobility trends and technologies to stay ahead of the curve.
    • Shape the future of our global mobility programs and drive innovation.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar Global Mobility role.
  • Knowledge of tax, legal, payroll, and benefits issues related to cross-border movements.
  • Fast learner, exceptionally organized, with acute attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience managing external partners and driving business growth.
  • Best-in-Class customer-service focused and able to maintain complete discretion with sensitive and confidential information.
  • Proficiency in Workday (Workday enhancements experience a plus, particularly related to mobility options in the Workday system).
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow is a plus.
