We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Director to join our team at American Family Care Cypress.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising mid-level providers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, and contributing to the overall success of our medical practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and mentor mid-level providers to ensure excellent patient care and adherence to medical policies and procedures.
  • Ensure the center has the necessary equipment, supplies, and medications to provide optimal patient care.
  • Review and manage medical records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Compile and analyze quality assurance data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Oversee Occupational Health and Travel Medicine Programs.
Requirements
  • Board certification in ER, FP, or IM with at least 1 year of ER/UC experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional appearance and attitude.
  • Active and current medical licensure in the state of practice, DEA number, and state-controlled substance certificate, as required.
