Position Summary
- Assist in administering medications as directed by healthcare professionals to residents.
- Maintain accurate documentation related to medication management.
- Alert LVN/LPN regarding any adverse medication reactions.
- Facilitate and manage all medication refills.
- Update resident records as needed.
- AZ Caregiver Certification is mandatory.
- Certification in First Aid/CPR is required.
- Prior coursework or training in medication administration is advantageous but not essential.
- All personal information will be kept confidential in accordance with EEO guidelines.
