Position Summary

  • Assist in administering medications as directed by healthcare professionals to residents.
  • Maintain accurate documentation related to medication management.
  • Alert LVN/LPN regarding any adverse medication reactions.
  • Facilitate and manage all medication refills.
  • Update resident records as needed.

Requirements

  • AZ Caregiver Certification is mandatory.
  • Certification in First Aid/CPR is required.
  • Prior coursework or training in medication administration is advantageous but not essential.
