Position Overview

Compensation and Work Schedule
This role operates Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a salary range of $40,000 to $50,000 based on experience, complemented by a competitive commission structure.
Key Responsibilities
Carrier Relations:
- Establish and nurture strong, enduring partnerships with our carrier network.
- Negotiate pricing and settlement terms with carriers.
- Guarantee that customer freight is consistently picked up and delivered around the clock.
- Maintain open and proactive communication with carriers.
Client Relations:
- Identify, reach out to, and onboard new clients.
- Foster account relationships with contacts at various levels within client organizations.
- Devise solutions to assist clients in overcoming their supply chain challenges.
- Oversee the successful execution of daily commitments.
- Collaborate with account leadership to formulate pricing strategies.
- Recognize issues and consult with clients to determine the best course of action and implement effective solutions.
- Participate in creating business reviews and contribute to or lead client meetings.
