The Associate Director, Corporate Analytics & Decision Support will play a critical role in driving strategic decision-making at Intellia Therapeutics, Inc. This high-visibility position will lead evaluations of strategic opportunities to inform the company's strategic plan.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing analytical frameworks and modeling approaches to support strategic decision-making. This includes working with functional leadership to understand key business questions and developing bespoke analytics to support.
As a leader at the enterprise level, you will be expected to develop and lead portfolio modeling to ensure capital requirements and revenue opportunities are considered as part of planning exercises. You will also partner with finance and program management to support strategic planning, including development of program-level archetype assumptions to inform illustrative opportunity costs.
Additionally, you will collaborate with Business Development and provide analytics support to assess and guide opportunities consistent with corporate strategy. You will also support business model innovation to derive value for Intellia's emerging platforms.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have 8+ years of industry experience with significant experience deploying analytics to support decision-making. You will also need to have client services experience supporting valuation and corporate development in investment banking/VC/PE or management consulting.
Strong project management skills and ability to influence without authority are also essential. You will need to have a demonstrated track record of success and influence in a matrixed environment, as well as the ability to thrive in ambiguity.

This is a hybrid role, and we would prefer someone onsite at least once/week. All Intellia employees, regardless of work location, are expected to follow all applicable federal, state, and local public health regulations and guidelines, and are strongly encouraged to follow all public health recommendations, including being vaccinated for COVID-19.
Intellia believes in a diverse environment and is committed to equal employment opportunity for all its employees and qualified applicants.
