Key Responsibilities and Qualifications:
Prestige Way Senior Living Facility is seeking a qualified Administrative Manager with experience in the senior living sector.

The Administrative Manager will collaborate closely with the Executive Director to ensure that daily operations are executed effectively and in a professional manner.

This role involves direct interaction with residents and their families to guarantee that the community's needs are met.

The ideal candidate will possess strong multitasking abilities and excellent communication skills to engage with all staff levels and facilitate problem resolution.


This is a part-time role, requiring 20 hours per week, with a competitive hourly wage ranging from $20 to $25 based on experience.

Responsibilities:

• Assists the Managing Director in various administrative tasks.

• Manages the financial components of the facility, including billing, banking, and accounting.

• Provides care for residents, assisting with daily living activities such as toileting, bathing, transfers, and grooming.

• Liaises with contractors and vendors for services, including billing and accounting support.

• Oversees hiring processes, maintains personnel files, and manages collections of overdue accounts.

• Supervises the selection and procurement of necessary supplies.

• Ensures that educational materials and brochures about services are accessible to residents.

• Develops and implements marketing strategies while ensuring a professional office environment.

• Performs additional duties as required.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in senior care is essential.

• Experience in staff management, including hiring and termination processes.

• Background in Human Resources is preferred.

• Familiarity with YARDI software is advantageous.

• Knowledge of accounts receivable and payable processes.

• Flexibility to work various shifts, covering schedule openings and absences.
