About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Heavy Industrial Construction Manager with a specialization in Petrochemical to join our management team. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in the Petrochemical sector and a proven track record of overseeing multiple Project Managers simultaneously.

The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and motivate teams to achieve project goals, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders. They will also have knowledge of construction methods, materials, and Petrochemical regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Oversight: Safety must remain the foremost priority in all facets of our operations; Directly manage and oversee a team of Project Managers, providing support, guidance and mentorship throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Resources Allocation and Management: Coordination with Project Managers to allocate resources effectively, including labor, materials and equipment, to optimize productivity and achieve project milestones within budgetary guidelines.
  • Client and Stakeholder Management: Serve as a key point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders, ensuring effective communications and resolution of issues. Maintain strong client relationships by delivering projects that meet or exceed expectations and address client concerns promptly.
  • Quality Assurance and Safety Compliance: Implement and enforce stringent quality assurance processes to ensure adherence to industry standards and project specifications. Promote and uphold a culture of safety across all projects, conducting regular inspections and enforcing safety protocols.
  • Financial Oversight: Monitor project financials closely, tracking expenditures, forecasting costs, and managing project budgets effectively.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment among Project Managers and project teams. Provide leadership, motivation, and development opportunities to enhance team capabilities to achieve project objectives.
