Hospice Account Specialist

Hospice Care Options is seeking a skilled sales professional to join our team in Middle GA. The Hospice Account Specialist is responsible for sales efforts in a designated territory and requires the ability to interact with a diverse group of referral sources.
The ideal candidate will have experience with Hospice Philosophy and will be familiar with hospital case managers, physician practices, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, and home health companies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain relationships with referral sources
- Participate in community events and build rapport with civic organizations
Requirements:
- Day travel is required
- A valid Georgia nursing license is preferred
- At least 2 years experience in healthcare sales is preferred
Qualifications:
- Ability to market aggressively and deal tactfully with customers and the community
- Knowledge of corporate business management
- Demonstrates good communication skills, both verbally and in writing, as well as negotiation skills and public relations skills
