Job Title: Software Engineer III

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer III to support a contract with Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC), Atlantic, in Norfolk, VA.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide Independent Validation & Verification, Operations, Sustainment, and Installation support
* Develop and maintain automated software tests
* Apply modern software development methodologies (e.g. agile, DEVOPS/DEVSECOPS)
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions

Requirements:

* Master's or Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g. Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Information Systems)
* Agile Developer certification or Certified Scrum Developer certification
* Ten (10) years of professional experience with research, design, and development of computer and network software or specialized utility programs
* Secret Security Clearance
