Role Responsibilities:
The Customer Service and Order Processing Specialist will engage in various tasks throughout the facility, focusing on customer interaction, managing order fulfillment, and supporting clerical operations.

Primary Duties:

  • Welcome customers with a friendly demeanor and assess their needs
  • Utilize basic computer skills to interact with our systems
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges through our automated system

  • Assist customers in selecting the right uniform sizes
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals
  • Work alongside management to ensure exceptional customer service

Order Fulfillment Tasks:
  • Prepare and label back orders for delivery

General Responsibilities:
  • Support clerical functions as needed
  • Oversee backorder management
  • Handle vendor billing
  • Conduct quality assurance checks to maintain accuracy
  • Assist in warehouse operations when required

Qualifications for Success:
  • Minimum of one year of relevant experience
  • Background in customer support or a related field preferred
  • Strong customer orientation with adaptability to various situations
  • Effective communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Basic proficiency in computer operations
