Key Responsibilities

The Resource Center Director is responsible for leading the strategic development and project management of the Family Resource Center's key partnerships and services. This includes managing partnership with district leadership, key public, and FRC partners to operate services through regular communication and meetings.

You will hire, train, and provide supervision for staff, interns, and volunteers, including facilitation of regular staff meetings. Additionally, you will participate in district and community meetings, recommend changes to improve service delivery, and take lead in writing program monthly and quarterly grant reports.
