Job Overview

At Northwest x Southern Hospitality, we are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for serving beverages and food to our guests in a friendly, courteous, and timely manner. This role requires excellent organizational skills, communication skills, and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve beverages and food to guests in a timely and courteous manner
  • Prepare beverages accurately and consistently for other servers to supply to guests
  • Act as cashier for the outlet and service staff as needed
  • Represent the Restaurant and Hotel in maintaining existing business relationships
  • Work directly with all hotel departments in coordinating groups, events, hotel food and beverage service in all outlets

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent GED
  • Prior hotel or hospitality experience preferred
  • State Alcohol Certification required or ability to obtain one
  • State Food Handlers required or ability to obtain one
