Job Title: Supported Living Manager

Benchmark Human Services is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Supported Living Manager to join our team. As a Supported Living Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the operation of our Supported Living homes, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of care and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and train staff to provide high-quality care and support to clients
  • Develop and implement individualized support plans for clients
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as Benchmark Human Services policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and support to clients
  • Manage client budgets and ensure timely payment of bills
  • Communicate effectively with families, case managers, and other stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. social work, psychology, special education)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
  • Valid CPR and First Aid certification
  • Valid driver's license and auto insurance
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
