**Job Summary:** We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Habilitation Provider. In this entry-level position, you will have the opportunity to work with individuals with Intellectual Disabilities and/or Developmental Disabilities, providing them with the support and care they need to thrive.

**About the Role:** As a Habilitation Provider, you will be responsible for providing basic care and support to residents, including assisting with daily living activities, participating in recreational activities, and communicating with residents' families and other staff members. You will work under general supervision to ensure that each resident receives the highest level of care and support possible.

The ideal candidate for this position will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, their families, and other staff members. You will also have a working knowledge of resident care principles and practices, with the ability to apply them in a real-world setting.

**What We Offer:** We offer a competitive salary of $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off and holidays, and access to ongoing training and professional development opportunities. **Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. social work, psychology, education)
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field (e.g. residential care, healthcare, disability support)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
