Facilities Coordinator

Join Jaguar Land Rover, a leading luxury automotive brand, as a Facilities & Property Coordinator. This role is a key part of our team, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and properties.
About the Role:We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to assist in overseeing the daily operations and maintenance of our facilities. As a Facilities & Property Coordinator, you will be responsible for tracking maintenance activities, managing vendor relationships, assisting in budgeting, and ensuring all facility-related processes run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the Facilities Manager in the day-to-day operations of all Jaguar Land Rover facilities, including commercial offices, testing sites, and training academies.
- Serve as a secondary liaison with our facilities partner to coordinate maintenance, repairs, and other facilities services.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards across all sites.
- Assist in the development and tracking of budgets for facilities management, ensuring cost-effectiveness in all operations.
- Schedule and track regular maintenance, inspections, and service reports for all facilities.
- Coordinate property-related activities such as space planning, office moves, and layout modifications.
- Ensure all building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.) are functioning optimally, scheduling necessary repairs and maintenance.
- Support sustainability initiatives and energy-saving programs at all facilities.
- Assist in managing lease agreements, contracts, and vendor relationships.
- Assist in managing the response to emergencies and incidents, ensuring proper communication and JLR protocols are followed.
- Bachelor's Degree is preferred, or equivalent work experience.
- 1-3 years experience related to the role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
- Experience coordinating with third-party facilities service providers or contractors.
- Knowledge of building systems and property management practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
