Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities and Property Coordinator to join our team at Jaguar Land Rover. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and maintenance of our facilities, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Facilities Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of all Jaguar Land Rover facilities, including commercial offices, testing sites, and training academies.
  • Coordinate with our facilities partner to schedule maintenance, repairs, and other facilities services.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards across all sites.
  • Assist in the development and tracking of budgets for facilities management, ensuring cost-effectiveness in all operations.
  • Schedule and track regular maintenance, inspections, and service reports for all facilities.
  • Coordinate property-related activities such as space planning, office moves, and layout modifications.
  • Ensure all building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.) are functioning optimally, scheduling necessary repairs and maintenance.
  • Support sustainability initiatives and energy-saving programs at all facilities.
  • Assist in managing lease agreements, contracts, and vendor relationships.
  • Assist in managing the response to emergencies and incidents, ensuring proper communication and JLR protocols are followed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree is preferred, or equivalent work experience.
  • 1-3 years experience related to the role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
  • Experience coordinating with third-party facilities service providers or contractors.
  • Knowledge of building systems and property management practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
