Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Night Manager to join our team at Taco Johns - Preferred Restaurant Group. As a Night Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the restaurant's operations during the night shift, ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evening Operations: Oversee the restaurant's operations during the night shift, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. From managing staff to maintaining cleanliness and order, you'll ensure a positive experience for our guests.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and support the evening crew, providing training, motivation, and guidance. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment where every team member feels valued and empowered.
  • Guest Satisfaction: Address guest concerns and feedback with professionalism and a friendly attitude. Your goal is to ensure every guest leaves with a positive experience at Taco Johns.
  • Safety and Compliance: Monitor adherence to health and safety regulations, as well as company policies, to maintain a safe and compliant work environment. Ensure that all procedures are followed to protect both staff and guests.
  • Financial Management: Assist with nightly cash handling, inventory management, and financial reporting. Maintain accuracy and accountability in all financial transactions.

  • On-site: This role requires working directly at our restaurant during the night shift. You'll be hands-on in managing operations and interacting with both team members and guests.
