As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our branch, providing top-notch service to our members and promoting our products and services. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing sales and support services to members, including greeting, servicing, and selling membership, travel products, and banking products.
  • Generating leads, updating members on travel and insurance specials, and providing travel information.
  • Responding to customer inquiries and referring to senior staff or agents when necessary.
  • Providing cashiering services to members, including taking and processing payments for insurance policies, travel, and sale of tickets.
  • Receiving and resolving member/customer complaints and seeking assistance from management when necessary.
  • Providing administrative support to the travel and/or insurance sales staff during peak periods.
  • Conducting outbound promotional calls for insurance and/or travel products.

We offer a competitive hourly wage of $13.67-$20.00, with additional incentives and an annual bonus potential based on performance. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision benefits, 401k match, paid parental leave, and more.
