About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Pharmacist to join our team at Kent Hospital. As a per diem Clinical Pharmacy Professional, you will work closely with our team of healthcare professionals to provide optimal pharmaceutical care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and maintain systems that promote desirable patient outcomes through safe and cost-effective drug therapies.
  • Monitor and review medication regimens to ensure they are appropriate and effective.
  • Provide accurate and timely drug information to healthcare staff and make recommendations for therapeutic alternatives.
  • Coordinate and supervise the direct support personnel.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmacology and experience working in a clinical setting. A valid RI Pharmacist license is required, and board certification in Pharmacotherapy is encouraged. Salary: $130,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience.
